Ernest is a spokesman at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The Hague is not the capital of the Netherlands but it is the city where the government has established it's House of Representitives. The Dutch society is attached to the values of freedom, democracy and human rights. The first peace conferences were held in 1899 in the Netherlands.
